Due to the nature of our business and the digital services we offer (such as SEO, PPC, Web/App Development, etc.), we do not offer refunds once a service has been initiated, resources allocated, or any portion of the service has been delivered.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund request may be considered only under the following conditions:

• The service was not delivered as outlined in the agreed scope of work.
• The project has not been started and no resources or time have been invested.
• A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Customized digital solutions (apps, websites, branding assets)
• Consultation and strategy hours
• Domain registration or third-party licenses
• Any completed or partially completed service

4. Modifications Instead of Refunds

In cases of dissatisfaction, we will work closely with you to revise or improve the deliverables, where applicable, to ensure alignment with your original expectations.

5. Cancellation Policy

Monthly services (like SEO or PPC management) require at least 7 days’ notice before the renewal date for cancellation.

A project may be canceled before the kickoff phase with a written request.

Any amount paid for completed phases or resources used before cancellation will be deducted from the refundable amount (if eligible).

We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically for any changes.
